Kicking off Summer!

Kicking off Summer!

Summer is here! It has been great seeing everyone finally setting up camp. This is one of my favorite times of the entire year. Birds are chirping, flowers are blooming, children are laughing, and everyone is smiling. Everything is starting to come back to life and the sun feels amazing!!!! What is your favorite part about this time of year? Let us know by leaving a comment on our blog.

The store has been moved into its new location at the rec hall. We will no longer be preparing food throughout the day, but still have drinks, food, and other snack items. The store will continue to offer ice, propane, and gift cards. We also created a common area for all campers to use and enjoy next to the new store. We are going to be taking down the old store. We are hoping this will not take too long but please excuse our appearance while we work on cleaning this area up.

We have been updating information and photos on our website and Facebook Please check it out and let us know what you think. Please let me (Stacey) know if you do NOT want yours or your child’s photo on the web site. We will continue to take photos of events throughout the summer and some of these photos may appear on the website or Facebook page.

It’s not where you go, it’s who you go with.

Summer’s Events

Memorial Day weekend may have been a little wet but we still had a good time. We moved our Fiesta inside and played lots of games. The kids enjoyed hula hooping and of course the piñata.

We have updated the website with all the upcoming events for this summer. Please let me know if you would like to volunteer with any of these events. Please keep in mind we will need volunteers for the carnival, a volunteer to coordinate the luau, as well as volunteers to set up for Halloween.
